Could the world end?

Could the world end? In a way yes the world could end and here are a few possible outcomes. The first is if an Asteroid hit us we wouldn't have to wait millions of years for it to happen. In 1908 a 200 foot wide comet striked the atmosphere and exploded over the Tunguska region in Siberia, Russia, and with nearly 1,000 times the energy of the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima. Astronomers estimate similar sized experience occurs every one to three centuries. I really like this next one, black holes. Our galaxy is full of black holes, but how full are these black holes? Well they’re called black holes for a reason. Their gravity is so strong they swallow everything in sight. Researchers guesstimate there are about 10 million black holes in the Milky Way. These objects orbit just like other stars, meaning that it is not horribly likely that one is headed our way. But if a common star were moving toward us, we'd know it. With a black hole there is little to no warning. The next one would have to be giant solar flares. Solar flares are enormous magnetic outbursts on the sun that attack Earth with a gush of high-speed subatomic particles. Records, Bradley Schaefer of Yale University found evidence that some perfectly normal-looking, sun like stars can open up by a factor of 20. Bradley believes these stellar flickers are caused by super flares, millions of times more powerful than their common cousins. Within a few hours, a super flare on the sun could fry Earth and begin rotting the ozone layer. The second to last one is one I’ve already written on and I totally agree with is, global warming. The Earth is getting warmer, and scientists mostly agree that humans take some blame. It's easy to see how global warming could flood cities and wreck harvests. Increase the global temperature a bit, however, with water evaporating faster, freeing water vapor, which traps more heat, which drives carbon dioxide from the rocks, which drives temperatures still higher. Earth could end up much like Venus, where the high on a typical day is 900 degrees Fahrenheit. It would probably take a lot of warming to initiate such a runaway greenhouse effect. In conclusion those are only a couple ways that the earth could come to an end. What do you think could end the earth?

What does global warming cause?

The big question is, what can global warming do? Scientists say that the warming has gone down but that doesn’t explain the bizarre temperature changes. For one thing, the ten hottest years we have seen started in 1973 and the temperatures have been climbing ever since. Alaska is slowly but surely melting away and causing massive flood problems. Sea levels could increase by 0.9-0.88 meters in the next century from melting glaciers and unexpected rise in water height. Scientists say that plants could grow in Antarctica because of global warming! Can you believe that?! This is really making me think seriously about global warming. Research in June 2006 says that the Earth has reached its hottest point since 400 years ago. Average global temperatures could rise 10 degrees by the end of the 21st century. Scientists believe that a rise in temperatures may lead to a change in predictions and weather problems, which could cause warmer oceans and lead to more frequent hurricanes and tropical storms. This website says that in 2002 global warming caused the worst wildfires anyone has ever seen in Colorado, Arizona, and Oregon. Also, in the same year, drought has caused major dust storms in Montana, Kansas, and Colorado, and floods that have caused hundreds of million dollars in damage in Texas, Montana, and North Dakota. In conclusion that’s what global warming can do, but is this the end?

What if you get into a fight with your friends?

What if you get into a fight with your friends? Fights are actually very easy to get into and they can cause monster trouble! Maybe your not in the fight but it doesnt matter you need to be aware of what to do when monster trouble attacks. So I suggest you read this link; Its really helpful for when your in a bad situation. In the website it lists words not to use and how to debate but not get into fights. I've seen so many friendships end, including some of mine, from rumors that they heard from someone but then they dont belive you because its not what they heard. Stay away from rumors they can get very ugly if its about you, your best friend, or someone you hate just DONT listen. I know they are hard to stay away from but dont listen to it unless it is from the actual person. Like I said up above believe the person that it happened to, dont jump to conclusions and only belive what you first heard. No! No! No! Thats monster trouble! Read the link thats highlighted because it will help you deal with issues that you dont know how to approach. This poem i think its a good way to get your feelings out please read it because it might help. How to get along with anyone

The website I looked up was amazing and It really could help you get along with anybody. It has steps and tips and usually we all ready do just naturaly like If your really polite then you shouldn't have any problems well unless you don't talk which then you need to work on. I think It has alot of potintial It may look dumb but you never know when little things come in handy. Or you might say "well I shouldnt be nice to anybody but my true close friends" (and yes there are mean people out there who do think that). I think this website Is great for all kinds of people . I meen I learned something new just a few minutes ago and I think Im a pretty nice person. You guys really need to watch out for people who are nice one minute and stabbing you in the back the next. I meen like the website said (and if you havent looked at it what are you waiting for) if you meet someone and you cant click maybe the bond wasent ment to be and If you honestly wont let that person go without being your friend then you are really desprite. Co-existance witin friends

Im so exited that Team 3 is able to blog. Ok now i don't have any experiance in blogging so if you think I need to touch up don't be affraid to ask, your opinions are thanked. I think it'll be a great way to make more friends. If you have social friends or if you actualy are the social butterfly within your group you are probolly running up the phone bill texting or talking on the phone right now as we speek, and if your not that doesnt mean your not a good friend or that you dont have any friends at all. I have heard so many times before "I dont have any friends". Now I think everybody has friend's you just have to look right in front of you find the right ones. Ok I have to go but before I do I want to ask you guys something if you say you dont have any friend's please leave me a post, and by the end of the year I want you to find one friend just one that's all Im asking. You'll be surprised at what friend's can do!
